Mass Transit Accident Investigation & Reconstruction
Mass commuter transit modes include busses, metro rail and
commuter rail. Our staff has investigated numerous accidents
involving long-trip and commuter busses and has participated in
numerous major rail accidents. Additionally, we have participated
in large studies of train/bus collisions and actual crash tests
between school busses and trains.
Municipal Metro-rail authorities regularly use our analytical and reconstructive services in building their defense against litigation connected with accidents. Though ATA is primarily defense oriented in rail cases we evaluate each instance on it's merit in our decision whether to support the case.
